Blue Bird offers a complete and well rounded program of age appropriate early childhood activities that balances the development of the physical, social and the intellectual aspects of the individual child.
Summer Program - Blue Bird offers an excellent summer program for children ages 4 to 12. Children participate in daily field trips at no additional cost. The trips include the Albuquerque Children's Museum, New Mexico Museum of Natural History, Indian Pueblo Cultural Center, The Rio Grande Nature Center, ABC Bakery, U.N.M. Maxwell Museum of Anthropology, Albuquerque Aquarium, Botanic Garden and Zoo. Visits from the Exotics of the Rain Forest. Magic shows, Hawks, Owl and Snake presentations. Also daily outings such as: swimming, roller-skating, bowling and picnics.
